Our shipping policy is designed to ensure transparency and align with our commitment to seamless, cost-effective delivery for all R&D needs. Below, we outline key terms for order processing, shipping methods, delivery timelines, and related services.

Order Processing

  • Upon placement of an order, you will receive an automated email confirmation containing your order details, including product(s), quantity, and estimated processing time. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order; we reserve the right to accept or reject orders at our discretion (e.g., for pricing errors, inventory shortages, or regulatory non-compliance).

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During peak seasons or unforeseen events (e.g., weather disruptions), processing may extend by 1–2 days. We will proactively notify you of any delays

Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order prior to its shipment by contacting our customer service team at support@direct2lab.com. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as return requests subject to our return policy.

Shipping Methods

We partner with strategic third-party logistics providers operating automated warehouses across major national hubs to guarantee speed and accuracy. Packaging, mode of dispatch and way of dispatch are chosen by us unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. 

Free 3-Day Delivery

  • We offer free shipping, with no minimum order requirement, no hidden handling fees or surcharges for order placed on our website and deliverd to the address in certain area (click here to check the postcode)

  • Delivery begins after order processing, and the standard delivery typically takes 3 business days, all shipping dates are approximate only.

  • Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may experience longer delivery times and additional fees.

  • While we strive to meet these timelines, carrier delays or external factors (e.g., customs, weather) may occasionally impact delivery. Tracking updates will reflect any changes. In the event of a delay caused by our logistics partners (excluding force majeure events), please contact our customer service team to discuss solutions.

In the event of a delay due to any cause beyond Seller's reasonable control, Seller reserves the right to terminate the order or to reschedule the shipment within a reasonable period of time, and Buyer will not be entitled to refuse delivery or otherwise be relieved of any obligations as the result of such delay.

Risk and Responsibility

We operate under the FCA trade term. Risk of loss or damage to products transfers to you when the goods are delivered to the carrier at our shipping location. Delivery is deemed complete when the shipment arrives at your specified address. Risk of loss on all products shipped by Direct2lab shall pass to purchasers upon transfer of those products to the carrier. Direct2lab shall not be liable for any loss, damage or delay during the course of shipment. 

Immediately upon receipt of Products shipped hereunder, buyer shall inspect the Products and notify Direc2Lab in writing of any claims for order or shipping errors, shortages, defects or damages and shall hold any such goods for Direc2Lab's written instructions concerning disposition. If buyer fails to notify Direc2Lab within five (5) business days after receipt of Products, the Products shall conclusively be deemed to conform to the terms provided herein and shall be irrevocably accepted by buyer.

Shipment Tracking

Upon dispatch, you can track your shipment at our website under your order or at the carrier’s website using this number. We are not liable for carrier-induced delays (e.g., weather, logistics disruptions).

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact our sales team at sales@direct2lab.com to explore potential arrangements.

We reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our shipping services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
